Hi, have you seen my jungle? I mean garden? I mean small collection of plants? My once “small” collection has recently grown! I am now a proud plant mom to 10 plants at home and 2 at the office.

Believe me, I sure started small. My first plant that was all mine was a little lucky bamboo, which lasted all of 3 months before dying. Then, an orchid I got as a summer project that didn’t make it to see the next summer. But it was my second orchid that really became my first “plant baby.” I named her Audrey II and she bloomed and bloomed again. I watched how she was growing and I did my research and watched her thrive.

Deciding to flex my green thumb again, I added a snake plant to the party, and then an anthurium... and now I’m the chick taking cuttings from the in-laws’ garden to propagate my own aloe and jade trees!

Our apartment may be small, but I’m making the most out of our little window space to take care of my babies. My plant babies ❤️ -C
